Ana Lucia Hernandez A is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Since May 2019, Ana Lucia has held various senior roles at Rainforest Alliance, including Senior Manager of Talent & Resourcing and Latin America HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes positions at ESI School of Management as a docente, and significant roles at FINCA Guatemala, IGSS Instituto Guatemalteco de Seguridad Social, Desarrollos y Condominios, S.A., and various other organizations. Ana Lucia holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, both from Universidad Rafael Landívar.
