Joyce Muchiri

Joyce Muchiri is an experienced professional in business development and market management, currently serving as the Tea Market Development Manager at Rainforest Alliance since November 2022. Previously, Joyce held the position of Business Development Executive at Kenya Tea Development Agency from December 2014 to November 2022, coordinating customer activities and facilitating product shipping. Joyce also worked as a Business Development Representative, focusing on market expansion and client profiling. Earlier in career, Joyce was a Business Executive at Standard Group PLC from August 2007 to November 2014, where responsibilities included pitching proposals at the board level. Joyce holds an Executive Master's in Business Administration from the University of Eastern Africa Baraton, awarded in 2011, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, obtained in 2007.
