Kate Allgrove

Kate Allgrove is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate engagement and partnership development, currently serving as Team Lead for Corporate Engagement & Partnerships at Rainforest Alliance since May 2019. In this senior management role, Kate oversees strategy and business development efforts across North America and globally for key corporate partnerships. Prior to this, Kate held several positions at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City from March 2009 to November 2019, culminating in the role of Senior Advisor, where guidance was provided for various strategic initiatives. Earlier career experience includes managerial roles in hospitality, with strong operational oversight at both the Charles Street Inn and Heart of the Village Inn. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Vermont, earned in 2006.
