Vanusia Nogueira

Vanusia Nogueira has been a member of the Rainforest Alliance Board of Directors since 2018 and was on the UTZ Supervisory Board before that since 2014. She has been the executive director of the Brazil Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA) since 2007. She is also a board member of the Alliance for Coffee Excellence.

Nogueira is the daughter of a coffee producer, and is an information technology engineer and business administrator, with a Ph.D. in marketing management. She has visited around 30 producing and consuming countries promoting coffee consumption, Brazilian coffees, and sustainability and is responsible for the promotion of Brazilian coffee around the world.
