Cailey Ryckman

Cailey Ryckman has a diverse range of work experience. In their most recent role as VP of Finance at Rainforest, they are responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at their own firm, Cailey Ryckman Consulting.

Before starting their consulting business, Cailey worked at Acuity Brands as the Director of Finance. In this role, they led the finance team for Atrius, the software technology division of Acuity Brands. Cailey also played a key role in company-wide forecasting processes and the implementation of forecasting capabilities.

From 2017 to 2021, Cailey served as the Director of Finance and Operations at Calendly, where they managed all accounting, finance, payroll, and legal activities for the company. During their tenure, they successfully created the company's GAAP-based books and passed all financial audits.

Earlier in their career, Cailey worked as a Finance and Accounting Manager at Patientco and participated in Johnson & Johnson's Financial Leadership Development Program, where they held roles as a Finance Auditor and Associate Financial Analyst.

Cailey also gained valuable experience as an intern at ACCION USA, where they interacted with clients and processed loan applications. Cailey was also actively involved in the Student International Business Council, where they promoted microfinance investment and awareness.

Additionally, Cailey worked as an intern at Corning Incorporated, where they focused on procurement supply analytics, and as a counselor at the Arrowwood Hills Cooperative Summer Camp.

Throughout their career, Cailey has demonstrated their expertise in finance, accounting, operations, and consulting. Cailey has a proven track record of successfully leading teams and implementing financial processes.

Cailey Ryckman holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and International Business from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Cailey also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Quantic School of Business and Technology in 2016-2017. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universidad de las Américas, A.C. Cailey also possesses a Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of New Jersey.
