Spencer Bruil

Spencer Bruil has extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, and inventory control. Spencer began their career at Lennox Hearth Products as an Inventory Control Manager in 1995. Spencer then moved on to Solectron, where they worked as a Buyer from 2000 to 2002. Spencer later joined Index Sensors as an ER Manager from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, they started their long tenure at Milgard Windows and Doors as a Supply Chain Professional, a role they held until 2016. Since 2016, they have been with Rainier Industries, where they have held various positions including Supply Chain Manager, Shared Services Manager, Director of Operations, and currently Senior Vice President Operations as of October 2021.
