Raining Rose
Nicole Laughridge has a solid foundation in research and development, having dedicated over a decade to Raining Rose, Inc. Since January 2010, Nicole has served as an R&D Formulator, showcasing expertise in product formulation. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Research and Development Director/Quality Assurance Assistant at Raining Rose from April 2007 to 2010. Beginning at an entry-level position in the company, Nicole efficiently advanced within the organization, demonstrating leadership in the Research and Development Department. Nicole also gained experience in R&D at Raining Rose from 2005 to 2010. Educationally, Nicole graduated from Jefferson High School in 2001 with a high school diploma.
