Gina Safranyik

Gina Safranyik has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Gina began their career in 2000 as a Data Analyst at Solucient. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Senior Decision Support Analyst at Pacific Medical Centers. In 2002, Gina joined Seattle Cancer Care Alliance as a Lead QI Systems Analyst, where they contributed until 2006. During their time there, they transitioned to Island Health - Vancouver Island Health Authority, where they served as a Project Director for thirteen years, from 2006 to 2019. In 2019, Gina moved on to roles at Garden City Technology Partners and Raining Virtue Inc., respectively, both as a Consultant and an Information Technology Project Manager. In 2020, they became a Project Manager at Northwest Administrators, Inc. Additionally, Gina held a significant position as a Principle Project Manager at Providence from 2020 to 2022. Following this, they took on the role of a Project Manager/Business Analyst at The Odom Corporation from October 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Project Manager at Providence.

Gina Safranyik completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from the University of Victoria, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Gina then pursued their Master of Science degree in Health Informatics from the same university, studying from 1997 to 2000.
