Richa Jauhri has over 14 years of experience in strategy, operations, and business development. Richa began their career in 2005 as a Consultant at Teksoft, where they provided integration system strategy and solution management for clients. In 2006, they joined IGATE (Patni Computer Systems) as a Senior Consultant for Pricing Strategy and CRM, directing pricing analysis and process engineering optimization across product lines. In 2008, they became an Engagement Manager at Accenture, overseeing Fortune 100 client engagements for AT&T, Best Buy, Target, Cisco, and others. From 2012-2014, they worked at Intel Corporation as a Senior Manager for Channel Business Management (Go-to-Market Strategy), recruiting part of the elite sales team to define a “change-the-game” go-to-market program. In 2014, they transitioned to Verizon when it acquired Intel, continuing to evangelize new product innovation models. In 2016, they joined Learning Aisle as Director of Strategy and Marketing, with full P&L responsibility. Richa also began working at Salesibyl by RainmakerForce in 2016 as Vice President of Strategy and Operations. In 2017, they became a student at Harvard Extension School.

Richa Jauhri completed their MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from IBS Hyderabad, followed by a B.S from Delhi University. In 2016, they obtained a Marketing Strategy Certificate from Cornell University and in 2017, they obtained a Marketing Strategy Certification from the same institution. Additionally, they hold a Retail Specialist Certification from Accenture.
