Ryan Gagerman has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles within the entertainment industry. Ryan most recently worked at Rainshine Global Inc., where they served as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Business Development from April 2019 to the present. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at McFarlin REG since December 2016.

Before joining Rainshine Global Inc. and McFarlin REG, Ryan held key positions at reputable companies such as Electronic Arts (EA), Paramount Studios, and DIC Entertainment. At Electronic Arts, they worked as the Licensing Director from 2013 to 2016, responsible for licensing, partnerships, and business strategies for profitable and engaging products. At Paramount Studios, they served as the Vice President of International Licensing, Consumer Products, and Recreation from 2008 to 2012, overseeing international licensing, retail partnerships, and developing revenue-driving products. During their time at DIC Entertainment, Ryan held two roles: Vice President & Regional Manager, Asia Pacific from 2007 to 2008, and Vice President, International Licensing from 1995 to 2007.
