Minal Karani is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in program management and social work. Currently serving as a Senior Program Associate at Raintree Foundation since November 2021, Minal ensures efficient program execution and maintains a comprehensive Data and Management Information System. Previously, Minal held roles as a Program Associate at the Centre for Mental Health Law & Policy, where mid-term monitoring of the SPIRIT project contributed significantly to mental health interventions, and as a Program Lead at Kaivalya Education Foundation, mentoring young Gandhi fellows and overseeing 25 public schools. Minal's early career includes positions as a Project Associate with Smart Village Movement, focusing on development projects in Arunachal Pradesh, and several internships in social initiatives. Minal holds a Master of Social Work in Counseling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from S K Somaiya Vidyavihar College.
