Hannah Bailey

Hannah Bailey, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand implementation and leadership in the active adult portfolio sector. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager at Raintree Partners since June 2022, Hannah previously held multiple roles at Greystar from October 2018 to June 2022, including Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Associate. Earlier experience includes positions as Account Representative at Contract Carpet Co and a Marketing Intern at the same company. Hannah holds a Master of Business Administration from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from the University of Kentucky.
