Kelly Gaunt

Kelly Gaunt currently serves as a Product Support Specialist Tier 1 RCM at Raintree Systems, having joined the company in July 2025. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an Implementation Consultant at RevSpring from May 2021 to August 2025 and held the position of Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Spooner Physical Therapy between December 2019 and February 2021. Previous experience includes working at Terros Health from January 2013 to December 2019 as a Configuration Specialist and EHR Project Coordinator, and as a Clinical Program Manager at Remarkable Health from December 2009 to December 2012, where responsibilities included EHR development, quality assurance management, and change management. Kelly's career began at YP.com, where a tenure from January 2002 to June 2009 involved managing multiple call centers and overseeing new product implementations, budgeting, and quality assurance. Kelly is currently pursuing a Master's degree in IT Management/Cybersecurity at Grand Canyon University, expected to be completed in 2023.
