Ed Preuss

Ed Preuss has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ed is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of rai•partners, where they focus on developing financial products that help credit unions and fintechs optimize their balance sheets, increase member engagement, and generate new loans and income. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Finance & Operations at Welcome Technologies from 2019 to 2023.

Before their role at Welcome Technologies, Ed co-founded and served as the CEO of Motiv from 2014 to 2019, where they played a key role in the company's growth and development. Ed also gained experience in business development as a Business Development Executive at Edmond in 2012 and as an Associate at Sankaty Advisors / Bain Capital from 2008 to 2012.

Ed started their career as a Student Intern at Bank of America in 2007 and gained further experience as an Intern at the University of Notre Dame Investment Office in 2006. Throughout their career, Ed has demonstrated a versatile skill set and a strong track record of leadership and success in various roles.

Ed Preuss received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Notre Dame. Ed completed their undergraduate education between 2004 and 2008.
