Roy Davis

Roy is presently Chairman of Medica Group plc, the UK’s leading teleradiology company, having joined the company at its IPO. He is also Chairman of both Edinburgh Molecular Imaging, cancer theragnostic imaging company, and Foster & Freeman, a leading forensic imaging manufacturer. Prior to these roles, Roy served as the Chief Executive Officer of Optos plc, a leading ophthalmology medical device business, until its acquisition by Nikon Corporation in 2016. Before joining Optos, Roy served as Chief Executive Officer of the medical device company Gyrus Group plc, which was acquired by Olympus Corporation of Japan in 2008.
