Rekha Parmar

Rekha Parmar has extensive expertise in Human Resources, currently serving as Deputy Manager at Raise Financial Services since May 2021, with prior roles as Assistant Manager, Associate Manager, and Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition and HR. Before joining Raise Financial Services, Rekha worked at Avenues Consulting from February 2017 to May 2021 as Team Lead for Leadership Hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment for both Non-IT and IT positions, specializing in mid and senior-level mandates. Earlier experience includes summer and winter internships at Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, respectively. Rekha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Late Shri Vishnu Waman Thakur Charitable Trusts Bhaskar Waman Thakur College.
