Ismail Benjelloun has been working in the tech industry since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Java Developer at Sofrecom. In 2011, they worked as an Automated Tests Developer at adhoc International and as a Research and Development using open source solutions at Makina Corpus. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Consultant SI at Capgemini, where they worked on the development and maintenance of different applications for the SNCF system. In 2017, they were an Angular/Java Spring Medior Developer at CIRB_CIBG, where they worked on the modernization of Brussels' municipal procedures. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Technical Leader at Orange Business Maroc, working on an Angular-based Progressive Web App. Currently, they are a Développeur web at Raise Partner.

Ismail Benjelloun attended Polytech Nantes from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Informatique as an Ingénieur.
