Alison Reason is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in hypnotherapy, coaching, and training, serving as the Owner and Director of Steps Forward since April 2010. Recognized for expertise in facilitating client success, Alison integrates business acumen with passion for self-development, offering proactivity-driven strategies and effective time management tools. Additionally, Alison serves as an accredited trainer and coach for "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway," an associate trainer for Corporate Coach Group, and a senior trainer and leadership development specialist at Raise the Bar. With a strong background in growth coaching through Growth Accelerator and experience in consultancy and management roles at Ultimate Performance Business Solutions and Nexor Ltd, Alison possesses a diverse skill set in leadership, management development, and organizational performance improvement. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Loughborough University.
