Ben Salder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformational leadership and organizational development. Since May 2016, Ben has served as the Managing Director at Leaning the Way, focusing on cultural and performance improvements for organizations. In addition to this role, Ben is a Non Executive Director at Nixor Solutions, providing operational insights, and a Motivational Speaker with Raise the Bar, recognized for contributions to Learning & Development. Ben has previously held positions including Guest Lecturer at WMG, University of Warwick, Operations Director at Edge Digital Manufacturing, and Independent Advisor at HENNIK EDGE LIMITED, contributing to innovation and competitiveness in the UK manufacturing sector. Prior roles at BAE Systems included Head of Change Management and Senior Business Improvement Manager, while early career experiences include senior positions at Toyota and PepsiCo. Ben holds an M Eng and a B Eng (Hons) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with Management from Nottingham Trent University.
