Deanne Russell is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, coaching, and training. Currently serving as an Account Manager and Senior Leadership and Management Coach at Raise the Bar since January 2021, Deanne has previously held positions as a Tutor at Instep UK Limited from March 2019 to January 2021 and as a Trainer at GLP Training from November 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, Deanne spent over 35 years at House of Fraser, concluding a role as a Senior Manager and Project Manager, where a significant achievement included leading the £3 million store redevelopment project in Sutton Coldfield in June 2017. Deanne's educational background includes a CSE from Fairfax High School in Sutton Coldfield, completed in 1983.
