Rachel Kirwan

Rachel Kirwan (nee Jones) is an experienced professional in management and coordination, currently serving as the EPA Manager and End Point Assessment Coordinator/Moderator at Raise the Bar since March 2020. With a diverse background, Rachel held the position of Administrator and Rota Manager at Access Community Services from April 2009 to March 2020.
