Pauline Ajzenberg

Pauline Ajzenberg is an experienced ecosystem manager currently working at RAISE since June 2022. Previously, Pauline held roles as a project manager at Iris Capital for a brief period in April-May 2022 and as a chargée de projet at Bpifrance from July to December 2021, where responsibilities included project management support for various development initiatives. Prior experience includes administrative assistance at Pathfinder, focusing on internal process optimization and client relations, as well as a junior project manager role at Agorize involving partnership development and content creation. Additional positions included administrative assistance at Halte 24-7 Coworking and project support at CTIC Dakar, where Pauline contributed to capacity-building programs funded by the World Bank. Pauline holds a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovative projects from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL, as well as a double degree in communication and political science from Université de Montréal.
