Kriti Kochar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. kriti began their career as an Assistant System Engineer at TCS Research & Innovation in 2016, where they worked in the Research and Innovations department and received recognition for their innovative ideas and implementations. In 2019, they transitioned to a role as a System Engineer at Just Dial, where they focused on front-end development and design for the JD-Omni website and apps. Later that year, they joined TIME INSTITUTE as a Mathematics Tutor, responsible for teaching higher grade students and managing the curriculum. In 2020, Kriti joined WhiteHat Jr as a Manager for Teacher Recruitment and Training, where they conducted video interviews, trained teachers on the teaching platform, and provided continuous feedback and up-skilling opportunities. Currently, they work as a Software Developer at Raising Superstars, starting in 2022.

Kriti Kochar pursued their education from 2012 to 2016 at Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Indu I T School, specializing in Information Technology, for their High School education.
