Anisah Reeves-Winegan

Anisah Reeves-Winegan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, customer service, and community management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations and Customer Service at Raiven since October 2023, Anisah focuses on streamlining operations and enhancing customer experiences. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at Seguno Software, where oversight was given to approximately 200 active email marketing accounts, and Community Program Manager for Black Entrepreneurship at Shopify, responsible for a Slack community of over 1,200 members. Anisah's career at Shopify also included positions as Community Manager and Education Coordinator, as well as Business Coaching & Entrepreneurial Development within Shopify Spaces. Earlier experience includes customer service roles at Dogwalks.com LLC, AuPairCare Live-In Childcare, and Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Anisah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from San José State University.
