Eduardo Cacalis

Eduardo Cacalis is the current Director of Performance Marketing & Customer Success at Raiz Educação. Eduardo has held this position since April 2015. Prior to that, they were the Director of Commercial Sales/Sales for Grupo Ser Educacional from January 2010 to March 2015. Eduardo was also the Senior Project Manager and Planning Manager for Vidax Teleserviços S/A from February 2008 to March 2009. In their current role, Eduardo is responsible for the Sales team of Grupo Ser Educacional, including the PaP (door-to-door) and Active and Receptive Student Relationship teams. Eduardo also develops sales strategies and plans, guiding results for student enrollment and retention. Additionally, they oversee budgeting and forecasting for the Sales operation, defines and monitors Sales channel KPIs, creates and develops new Sales channels, and implements new technologies for the Sales Relationship team (CRM, dialers, recorder, etc.).

Eduardo Cacalis has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul. Eduardo also has certification from PMI in Certificação PMP - Profissional de Gerenciamento de Projetos (PMP).

Eduardo Cacalis reports to Andre Gusman, CEO. They are on a team with Solange Santana - Director of People & Administration, Rodrigo Fialho Coutinho - Director of Finance.
