Bruno Bidoia

Bruno Bidoia has extensive experience in human resources and social responsibility, currently serving as Diretor de RH at Raízen since January 2016, overseeing HR strategy across eight corporate vice-presidencies and managing a team of 28 professionals. Previous roles at Raízen include Gerente Executivo de Recursos Humanos and Gerente de Performance Social, where Bruno was pivotal in enhancing organizational performance and stakeholder value. Bruno also served as Conselheiro Fiscal at Barracred and as a board member for Gaia+, where contributions focused on social impact and project development for vulnerable populations. Earlier experience includes coordinating sustainability initiatives at Natura and starting as a trainee in sustainability and HR. Bruno holds a degree in Social Sciences and a specialization in Strategic Management of Businesses from reputable universities in Brazil.
