Cesar Fabre

Cesar Fabre, MSc, is a seasoned professional in Cyber Security and Information Security, currently serving as a Cyber Security Specialist at Raízen since March 2021. Previously, Cesar held positions as an Information Security Specialist at Cielo and TDec Network Group, contributing expertise in information security protocols. From July 2013 to January 2019, Cesar worked as an Information Security Analyst at Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina da USP, focusing on standards development and HIPAA compliance for healthcare services. A background in network analysis includes roles at CENTAURO, where troubleshooting and threat mitigation were key responsibilities, and at FUNDUNESP, where open-source security tools were implemented. Educated with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Cesar also has specialization in Cisco training and experience in teaching subjects related to networking and computer management.
