Ahmad Jackson

Ahmad Jackson provided technical support, helpdesk assistance, and hardware setup for CrescentCare. Ahmad played a key role in implementing the EHR eClinicalWorks system and trained teammates on the new system. During their time at Folgers Coffee, Ahmad worked as a Systems Admin and maintained production intake and loss reports. Additionally, Ahmad has an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Delgado Community College.
