Fabio Abibe

Fabio Abibe currently serves as the Head of Internal Controls in the Shared Service Center for Raízen and Cosan, overseeing the design, implementation, and monitoring of internal controls and risk management to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational integrity across multiple entities, including Compass and Rumo. Previously, Fabio held the position of Executive Director - Technology Risk at EY for nearly two decades, leading IT audits and SOX compliance for various high-profile clients and gaining extensive experience in IT process design, governance, and ERP project management. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant at Jdedwards & Co, focusing on ERP implementation across multiple branches in Brazil, and Senior Internal Auditor at Nestlé, conducting audits across diverse departments and locations. Fabio holds an MBA in Technology for Business and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
