Fernanda Santos

Fernanda Santos is a Digital Transformation Specialist at Raízen since October 2021, previously serving as an Application Development Specialist at Accenture Brasil from May 2021 to October 2021, focusing on Oracle Cloud implementation. Between February 2014 and May 2021, Fernanda worked as a Business Process Analyst at Oxiteno, where responsibilities included process mapping using BPMN, identifying organizational changes, and standardizing practices across international units. Fernanda started at Oxiteno as an intern from June 2012 to December 2013, focusing on financial planning and control. Currently, Fernanda is pursuing a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Leadership and Innovation at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, with a previous Bachelor's degree in International Business and Foreign Trade from Universidade São Judas Tadeu.
