Lucas Ventura Bertussi

Lucas Ventura Bertussi is an accomplished O&M Analyst at Raízen since January 2021, focusing on Asset Management for distributed generation power plants, including photovoltaic, hydro, and landfill biogas systems. Previous roles at Raízen included Jr O&M Analyst, responsible for measuring KPIs and participating in the daily operations and maintenance of power plants. Early experiences include contributions to the Guadalupe Project as a member of Enactus Mauá, promoting female empowerment through handicraft sales, and serving as a presenter at the Brazilian Enactus National Event in 2018. Lucas is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency at Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, following a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Additional qualifications include semi-intensive General English studies at ELS Language Centers in Vancouver.
