Luciana Jesus

Luciana Jesus is an experienced executive secretary with a diverse professional background spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an executive secretary at Raízen since July 2022, Luciana provides direct support to the CEO and directors in the Lubrificantes Shell division, managing complex agendas to ensure seamless executive operations. Previous roles include serving as executive secretary to the president of the Conselho Brasileiro de Oftalmologia, in addition to positions at Banco Ourinvest, BP - A Beneficência Portuguesa de São Paulo, and TOTVS, where responsibilities included executive assistance, travel organization, document management, and budget oversight. Luciana also holds a degree in Executive Secretariat from Uninove and has furthered education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
