Marcelo Togni

Marcelo Togni has extensive experience in maintenance and technical roles within the automotive and industrial sectors. Currently employed at Raízen since December 2015, Marcelo has held positions as an Eletricista de manutenção, Eletricista, and Técnico de instrumentação. Prior experience includes work at Klabin as a Mecânico diesel/planejamento controle manutenção, focusing on the maintenance and budgeting of diesel vehicles, and at Mercalf Iveco as Supervisor de manutenção, responsible for product and process development and training in various mechanical disciplines. At Caterpillar Inc., from 2001 to 2009, Marcelo specialized in HOT TEST and ECM module configuration. Marcelo is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management and has obtained various technical qualifications, including expertise in Eletrotécnica and automation, complemented by multiple short courses in management and leadership from FGV.
