Rachel Jardim

Rachel Jardim is a skilled professional with extensive experience in logistics and advanced analytics. Currently serving as Coordenadora de Projetos de Tecnologia para Logística and Advanced Analytics Product Manager at Raízen since June 2021, Rachel's responsibilities include understanding business needs, designing solutions with technical teams, and managing performance metrics. Previously, Rachel held the position of Senior Advanced Analytics Consultant at IBM, leading projects in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics across various sectors. Additional experience includes roles at LOGIT, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, CISLOG/USP, and as an Environmental Engineer at Consultoria Prominer Projetos Ltda. Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Systems from USP, a postgraduate degree in Machine Learning at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and has pursued further training in logistics operations.
