Used Synchrotron Facility For XRD XPS RPES XMCD Characteristizations at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT)

Aradhana Jha is an experienced researcher currently involved in a non-funded project grant at Iuac New Delhi since July 2023, which received approval from the Accelerator Users Committee. Previously, Aradhana Jha worked at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT) beginning in April 2021, utilizing synchrotron facilities for various characterizations, including XRD, XPS, RPES, and XMCD. From January 2021 to April 2024, Aradhana Jha has been serving as a Research Scholar at the Central University of South Bihar under the supervision of Dr. Vijay Raj Singh. Aradhana Jha holds an M.Sc in Physics from Lalit Narayan Mithila University, completed in July 2021, and a B.Sc in Physics from the same university, obtained in December 2017.
