Renata Heuchin

Renata Heuchin is an experienced ITSM Transition Manager currently working at RAJA since June 2022, and has also held the position of Interim & Transformation Manager at VALTUS since September 2019. Renata’s expertise spans business process management, continuous improvement, change management, and project management, with significant experience in transition management at Cognizant and Lean Profit Consulting. Renata has a robust background in managing large-scale programs at Conduent and has held various managerial roles at Xerox, including Right Shoring Program Manager and Lean Six Sigma Deployment Manager. Renata holds a PhD in Language Sciences from Université Paris XIII, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Language Sciences and a Master's degree in French Language and Literature.
