James Newell

James Newell has over 20 years of work experience in various software engineering roles. James has worked as a Principal Software Engineer at multiple companies, including Rajant Corporation, RackWare Inc., Fairmount Automation, and WorldGate. James also held a Senior Software Engineer position at SilverStorm Technologies and InfiniCon Systems, Inc. James has experience in board bring-up, system software support, Linux device driver and kernel support, firmware development, and network interface module design. James has also worked on projects involving cloud management, hybrid clouds, and managed L2 networks. James has a strong background in programming languages and technologies such as C++, Java, and Linux.

James Newell attended the University of Scranton from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics.
