Troy McKay

Troy McKay has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Troy began their career in the Australian Army as an Electrical Fitter Technician and served for ten years.

After leaving the army, Troy worked as a Business Development Manager at Honeywell, specializing in Advanced Software & Process Control. Troy then joined Southern Cross Electrical Engineering (SCEE) as a Business Development Manager, focusing on Electrical & Instrumentation projects and services.

Troy then joined Ampcontrol as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on Digital Automation & Production Analytics. Troy later worked at UGL Limited as a Business Development Manager, specializing in Asset Management, Shutdowns & Overhauls.

Troy then joined Madison Group Enterprises, where they held multiple roles including Business Development Manager for Industrial Networking, IP Surveillance, Wireless, Cyber, and Digital IoT. Troy was also the National Business Development Manager for Major Accounts and served as the National Manager - Rajant Program Manager.

Currently, Troy is the APAC Sales Director at Rajant Corporation, responsible for managing the growth of Rajant channel partners and end customers in the APAC region.

Troy McKay attended the Australian Army from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Troy obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in March 2023. In addition, they achieved the 2RL Expert Coach - 125 certification from Two Roads Leadership in 2022 and the 2RL Coach Level II certification from Flatter, Inc. in 2021.
