Jani Rokala

Jani Rokala has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Jani began their career in 1997 as a Salesman at Expert Turun Konemyynti Oy and eventually became the Store Manager. Jani then worked as the Product Manager & Purchasing at West Shop Oy, where they played a crucial role in developing a new retail channel for consumer electronics and IT equipment.

In 2001, Rokala joined Turun Puhelin Oy/A as a Project Manager, where they contributed to creating and implementing a new shop concept. Jani also served as a member of the B2C management team.

From 2003 to 2008, Rokala worked at Kjaerulff 1 Oy as the Sales Director, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, brand strategy, and implementation for various well-known brands. During this time, they successfully drove revenue growth in the Finnish television digitization sector. Jani eventually became the Country Manager, overseeing all Finnish operations and leading over 25 employees.

In 2012, Rokala founded Sanrok Oy, a marketing company specializing in event marketing. Jani served as the Partner & Producer and Chairman of the board until 2015.

From 2009 to 2020, Rokala founded and served as the CEO of JR Adapteri Oy. Jani provided CE distribution, sourcing services, consulting, project management, and sales coaching services to clients. Under their leadership, the company achieved the highest AAA rating in 2013.

In 2015, Rokala became the CEO/Partner at Booth Group Oy, where they played a vital role in the company's day-to-day operations and development.

Since 2020, Rokala has held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Rajupaja Oy. Jani continued as CEO at RMC Light & Sound Ltd. and Lounais-Suomen Vuokrakaluste Oy starting from 2022. In these roles, Rokala is responsible for leading the companies and driving their success.

Jani Rokala pursued a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration with a focus on Marketing from The MJK Institute. This educational endeavor took place from 1998 to 2002.
