Pramod Behera

Pramod Behera has over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting. Pramod is currently the Head of Finance at RAK International Corporate Centre, where they oversee profit and loss activity, strategic initiatives, audits, and budget execution. Prior to this, Pramod worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, where they managed financial planning, implemented an ERP package, and developed budgets and forecasts. Pramod also gained experience at ETA ASCON as a Senior Executive in finance and accounts, where they prepared business plans for banking facilities and managed cash flow. Pramod began their career at Tech Mahindra as an Executive Finance, where they prepared monthly MIS reports and conducted analysis on budget variances and investment decisions.

Pramod Behera completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM, Hons.) degree at Utkal University, Odisha, India, where they studied Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Corporate Laws, and Management Accounting. Pramod then pursued professional qualifications at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, earning a CA (Chartered Accountant) degree specializing in Financial Reporting, Strategic Financial Management, Auditing, Information Control System & Taxation, and a CMA (Cost and Management Accountant) degree specializing in Business Strategy & Strategic Cost Management, Financial Analysis & Business Valuation, and Cost Audit.
