Jayakumar Ramasamy

Jayakumar Ramasamy is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Vice President of Cybersecurity Operations at RAKBANK since June 2008. In this role, Jayakumar oversees the organization's cybersecurity efforts, developing and implementing strategies to safeguard digital assets from various cyber threats. Previously, Jayakumar held positions as Manager of Cybersecurity Operations and Manager of Digital Channels at RAKBANK, focusing on security operations and digital banking support, respectively. Prior to RAKBANK, Jayakumar worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Project Leader and Senior Programmer, leading software development projects. Jayakumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
