Parag Kochar

Parag Kochar has extensive experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Channel Partner Sales at RAKBANK since December 2007. In this role, Parag has been instrumental in establishing an outsourced agency model and managing channel partner sales and operations for credit cards and personal loans across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Emirates NBD, where Parag led direct sales teams and significantly contributed to credit card and loan business volumes, and American Express, focusing on customer service and team training. Parag holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from SSVPS, completed in 2001.
