Arttu Ylärakkola

Arttu Ylärakkola has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Arttu started their career in 2000 as a Web Developer at Edita Publishing Ltd. Arttu then worked at Sonera as an Engineer and Software Architect for six years from 2001 to 2007. In 2008, they joined CGI as a Consultant and Senior Software Architect for two years.

From 2010 to 2011, they worked at TripSay as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2012, they co-founded Grafetee and served as the Co-Founder and CTO until 2015. Grafetee was a widely used website in Finland, enabling the creation of location-based services. At the same time, from 2012 to 2017, Arttu worked at Social Party Inc. as a CTO.

Since 2011, they have also been a Co-Founder of Rakettitiede Oy, and in 2017, Arttu co-founded VibeCatch, where they currently hold the position of Co-founder and CTO.

Arttu Ylärakkola completed a Bachelor's degree in Media Technology at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 1997 to 2001.
