Borja Thomas Schuhmacher

Borja Thomas Schuhmacher is an experienced professional in product management and engineering, currently serving as the Global Head of Product Management on the Executive Team at Rakon since April 2015, where responsibilities include managing profit for the product line and delivering innovative frequency control and timing solutions. Prior roles include Product Manager for Smart Grid at Nexans, where Borja focused on electrical vehicle charging stations and smart electrical network monitoring solutions; Business Plan Consultant at Zamensis specializing in face recognition technology; and Smart Grid Consultant at CEA. Borja has a strong engineering background, having worked as an Engineer in Research and Development at Gamesman Limited, designing electronic products and embedded software. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's Degree in Innovation and Technology Management from Mines Paris - PSL, and Bachelor's Degrees in Communication and Electronic Engineering from Northumbria University and Industrial Technical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
