Emile Rossouw

Emile Rossouw is a Senior Electronic Design Engineer at Rakon, where responsibilities include designing and supporting electronic equipment for product validation since February 2020. Prior to this role, Emile held multiple positions at S-Plane Automation (Pty) Ltd between February 2009 and February 2020, including Principal Development Engineer and Senior Development Engineer, contributing to the development of autonomous systems in the aerospace and defense sector. Emile's career began as a Development Engineer at Stellenbosch University from January 2008 to February 2009, working alongside students on research related to various vehicle automation. Emile holds a Master of Science (MSc) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Stellenbosch University, completed from 2006 to 2007 and 2002 to 2005, respectively.
