Usha Nirmala

Usha Nirmala has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Usha co-founded moolya.global in 2017 and served as an investor and then as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, they were the Jury Chair for the Enterprise Startup & Early Stage - B2B category at the Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association. Usha has also worked as a Disruptor at raksan infinity labs and as the Chief People Officer and Vice President at raksan Consulting Private Limited. In 2015, they were the Director of People Development at EiQ Networks, and from 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Business Partner at KONY Labs. Additionally, Usha has experience as a Manager Human Resources at Ness Digital Engineering and is currently serving as the State President, Startup Council, Telangana at WICCI - Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as a Mentor at Atal Innovation Mission and STPI - Hyderabad.

Usha Nirmala studied at Andhra University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Mathematics, Statistics, and Computers. Usha also pursued a Masters in Human Resource Management, specializing in Human Resources.
