Nishant Nayak

Nishant Nayak is an experienced leader in product management and engineering, currently serving as VP of Product and Engineering for Marketplace, Travel, Entertainment, and Media at Rakuten India since September 2024. Prior to this role, Nishant held the position of Chief Product Officer at FanCode from July 2022 to August 2024 and contributed to product development at a Stealth Startup from September 2021 to July 2022. At Zenjob, from February 2020 to November 2021, Nishant was the Director of Product and Design, overseeing the creation of a next-generation staffing marketplace platform and implementing a machine learning-based matching algorithm. Nishant also served as Head of Product Management at Zalando SE from August 2016 to September 2019, focusing on marketplace development. Nishant holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Chicago.
