Katsumasa Horiuchi

Katsumasa Horiuchi is an accomplished network engineering professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Manager of Network Engineering at Rakuten USA since September 2017, Katsumasa has made significant contributions to the enhancement of corporate network infrastructure, particularly in Wi-Fi and SD-WAN monitoring systems.
