Keith Hamilton

Keith Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Keith started their career at The Home Depot as a Flooring Associate from an unspecified date until 2010. Keith then worked at FAST, a Microsoft Subsidiary, where they held the positions of Tier 1/2 Consultant and Tier 2/3 Consultant from 2008 to 2013. After that, Keith joined Ciber as a Senior Consultant from September 2013 to February 2014. Keith then briefly worked as a System Engineer at Comcast Cable for a month in 2014. Currently, Keith is employed at Rakuten International, where they have held various roles since November 2014, including System Engineer, Operations Domain Lead, and their current position as the Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Tech Lead).

Keith Hamilton attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2004 to 2011, where they studied Engineering and IT. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Reading Memorial High School from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Keith has obtained certifications such as the CompTIA Network+ Certification Exam from CompTIA Asia and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022.
