Michael Bowles

Michael Bowles is a seasoned Information Technology professional with extensive experience in IT management and systems support. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Manager at Rakuten Americas since January 2022, Michael previously held the position of IT Manager at Rakuten Kobo Inc. from July 2015 to January 2022, and has also worked in IT management roles at Xyfon Solutions and Pearson North America, where responsibilities included staff management, SLA adherence, incident resolution, and budget oversight. Michael's early career included systems engineering and user support positions, contributing to a robust foundation in various technology environments. Michael holds a Systems Administration Diploma and a Networking diploma from Ontario Institute of Information Technology and Sheridan College, respectively.
